Our one bedroom cottage, decorated and furnished to a very high standard offers excellent levels of comfort, sleeping a couple or two people. A welcome pack awaits you upon your arrival consisting of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, a fruit bowl and flowers ensuring this will be your home away from home!

The spacious double room with south facing window has a super king-size bed with plenty of storage both hanging and in drawers, DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. There is also ample space for a travel cot if required and a highchair is available upon request (these are available on the online booking options). We can also provide a folding single bed (subject to availability) or the cottage does have a sofa bed in the lounge area, please email us directly at hookfarmcottages@farming.co.uk should you require more information.

The open plan lounge/diner & kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen area is complete with an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and Freeview TV. Wireless Broadband internet access is available throughout the cottages at no extra charge. French doors lead out into the cottages garden with amazing panoramic views of our fields where you can watch the wildlife and our own cattle graze whilst sitting and relaxing on your own privately screened patio.

There is a well-proportioned shower room with dual voltage shaver points, towel storage and an illuminated mirrored cabinet.

We have a comprehensive laundry room open to our guests 24/7 complete with 3 washing machines and a tumble dryer, clothes airers and a vast selection of tourist information leaflets for your perusal. We also offer free off road parking.

Each cottage offers excellent levels of comfort and a wide range of appliances including oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Freeview TV/DVD, DAB Radio with bluetooth connectivity and access to a comprehensive laundry room. The interior boasts high quality furniture, flooring and soft furnishings.

• Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.
• Children of all ages are welcome and a highchair and travel cot (with bedding) can be provided by prior arrangement.
• BBQ and a range of garden games are available upon request.

Wireless Internet Connection

Wireless broadband internet access is available throughout the cottages, and pay-as-you-go mobile telephones are available by prior arrangement.

Local Facilities & Amenities

There are local shops within 1 mile, and the High Street of Royal Wootton Bassett - offering a range of shops, bakery, butchers, supermarkets, cafes and pubs - is only 2 miles away.

The local village pub serving excellent food is only ½ mile away, and the surrounding area offers pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Guests are welcome to pre-order groceries for delivery to the cottages after 10am on the day of arrival. Please quote our full address and postcode when arranging delivery, and please email us to make us aware of the delivery.

Ample parking is available in a large private yard area in front of the holiday cottages. To maintain the high quality of the cottages, we regret that pets and smoking are not permitted.
